- Based on CellId, the name of the BTS is used to identify the location of the mobile in which the Locationtracker software is installed.
- The Location Tracker software installed in the mobile will send the location details at configurable intervals to a central location or it can be stored into the mobile itself.
- In the online version the data sent by the mobile through SMS are received at the central location and the data can be viewed through Locationtracker.com
- On the other hand in offline version the data stored in the mobile phone can be downloaded to the pc and the route information can be viewed through a desktop application.
